Web Marketing
Il sito internet è lo strumento più importante di comunicazione tra l’azienda e i suoli clienti.
Lo sviluppo ha richiesto un’attenta analisi funzionale, ogni singola parte è stata creata con precisi obiettivi di engagement.
Le sezioni forniscono visibilità a tutte le iniziative aziendali in particolare la sezione work è una gallery fotografica con più di 500 lavori, alcuni dei quali sono dei veri e propri progetti di comunicazione che è possibile approfondire nell’area case study.
La struttura base è stata costruita con WordPress ed integrata con numerosi moduli per renderla idonea alle funzionalità richieste in fase di analisi, questo ha permesso negli anni di apportare implementazioni e modifiche funzionali in maniera organica ottimizzando gli interventi sia in termini di tempo che di costi. Sostanzialmente la piattaforma può cambiare in virtù delle esigenze aziendali.
Parallelamente al sito è stato integrato un sistema che, connesso e integrato alle piattaforme aziendali, può seguire il viaggio digitale dell'utente, analizzarne il comportamento in tempo reale e fornire all’azienda informazioni utili per lo sviluppo di eventuali aree di business.

CREDENZAGROUP è una realtà autorevole e dinamica nel panorama della ristorazione italiana che negli anni ha saputo distinguersi con una proposta gastronomica creativa abbinata ad uno stile inconfondibile. Un ristorante, un ristorto ed una pizzeria; tre locali con identità ben diverse, in cui competenza, portamento, cura dei dettagli ed organizzazione rispecchiano immagine e valori di ogni singolo locale.

Da alcuni anni seguiamo la comunicazione integrata de La Credenza, ristorante stellato alle porte di Torino, di CASAFORMAT, il primo ristorto italiano con un orto da 2000 mq ed annesse camere per ospiti e di SP143, una pizzeria contemporanea di tendenza caratterizzata dalla presenza all’interno del locale di una dispensa dove sono vendute, in barattolo, alcune ricette della tradizionalità italiana firmate CREDENZAGROUP.
La nostra consulenza ha fatto in modo che tutti gli aspetti di comunicazione, marketing e tecnologia venissero analizzati e coniugati in un documento strategico che è stato poi finalizzato con il cliente.

Parallelamente allo studio del naming ed al payoff del terzo locale, abbiamo rivisto anche alcuni elementi delle altre strutture.
Abbiamo individuato dei codici colore in grado di rappresentare la peculiarità del locale a cui lo abbiamo assegnato. Questo ci ha permesso di creare una struttura guida per la creazione di tutti i materiali di comunicazione attuali e futuri.
Al contempo abbiamo creato un unico “cappello” al quale assegnare i valori del gruppo imprenditoriale; così è nato CREDENZAGROUP.

La creazione del nuovo sito di gruppo è stata un’attività che ha richiesto una profonda analisi, poiché era necessario integrare tre realtà con caratteristiche differenti in un unico portale, cercando di esaltare le peculiarità del gruppo imprenditoriale.
Attraverso l’analisi del target e dei contenuti a disposizione, abbiamo creato una struttura a livelli che non creasse confusione nella fruizione delle informazioni.
La home page contiene le informazioni principali, il menù nel quale sono presenti le informazioni inerenti il gruppo è volutamente in secondo piano, poiché abbiamo deciso di prediligere una navigazione che portasse l’utente direttamente alla scoperta dei locali.
Ogni locale è stato inserito in un’area dedicata dove abbiamo mantenuto fede alla filosofia di proposta ed abbiamo inserito le informazioni inerenti del locale specifico.

Il primo prodotto a vedere la nascita a marchio Evorive sono state le prime forbici per hair stylist al mondo in carburo di tungsteno, un prodotto altamente innovativo da posizionare in un settore, quello delle lame da taglio, in cui i giapponesi la fanno da padrone.
La scelta è stata quella di differenziare la comunicazione ed il posizionamento tra azienda e prodotto, puntando sul made in Italy.
In questo modo oltre allo sviluppo di prodotti a marchio, creati per singoli mercati di riferimento, Evorive poteva essere riconosciuta e proporsi come azienda manifatturiera specializzata nella lavorazione del carburo di tungsteno, differenziando di fatto la propria proposta commerciale.

Siamo partiti con un' attività di consulenza e di coordinamento delle attività legate alla comunicazione lavorando a stretto contatto con l’area commerciale e la proprietà.

Branding
Abbiamo lavorato al restilyng del logo Evorive ed alla realizzazione del payoff.
In parallelo abbiamo definito il naming del prodotto ed il suo payoff, lavorato sul lettering e sulla definizione dei pittogrammi ed abbiamo individuato una soluzione che ci permettesse anche attraverso il prodotto di risalire all’azienda.
Contemporaneamente alla strutturazione del prodotto abbiamo definito una architettura di linea che permettesse in futuro lo sviluppo di altri prodotti senza andare a destrutturare lo schema cognitivo di base.
Definite le linee guida del logo aziendale e del prodotto, il passo successivo è stato progettare tutta la brand identity dell'azienda. Abbiamo progettato i principali materiali di comunicazione promozionale e finalizzato quelli necessari al lancio del prodotto: biglietti da visita, materiali coordinati, pieghevoli, manuali, etichette, cartoline e soprattutto il packaging di prodotto.

Packaging
Il packaging, in modo particolare, ha richiesto uno studio approfondito delle caratteristiche tecniche e funzionali del prodotto.
Era necessario ottimizzare gli interni affinchè fosse possibile utilizzare la medesima confezione per tutte le linee di prodotto ed al contempo contenere i materiali informativi e promozionali, un packaging adatto alle spedizioni che allo stesso veicolasse i valori e la qualità del brand, seguendo le direttive grafiche definite inizialmente.
